The Richview Terrace interior design renovation reimagines a compact Hong Kong apartment with a clean, contemporary aesthetic, grounded in calm tones, tailored storage, and highly efficient spatial planning. Our studio redesigned the home with fully custom cabinetry, seamless built-ins, and refined material pairings to maximise light and functionality in a limited footprint.

The entryway and bedroom emphasise soft neutrals, concealed storage, and clean vertical lines to create an immediate sense of openness. In the bathroom, a sculpted stone vanity, fluted detailing, and ambient mirror lighting introduce a quiet luxury more commonly found in larger residences. Every surface was selected to balance durability with elegance, ensuring long-term comfort without visual noise.

The kitchen anchors the renovation with a muted mint palette, matte cabinetry, and reeded textures that bring warmth and personality to the space. Integrated appliances, extended countertops, and smart corner solutions support everyday usability while maintaining an elevated, minimalist look.

From planning to FF&E selection, our design goal was to deliver a home that feels serene, spacious, and timeless, reflecting the lifestyle of modern Hong Kong residents who value both beauty and practicality. The final result is a coherent, turnkey transformation that elevates small-space living through clean details, thoughtful layouts, and a refined sense of calm.
